We are currently looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the position of a Customer Service Representative to join our team for upcoming events in the Kelowna.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge of the site being worked and site-specific job duties
- Deportment- complete site-specific uniform always worn (Uniform provided)
- Excellent customer service
- Zero use of personal cell phone while on duty
- Respectful use of site equipment i.e., phones, radio, and scanners
- Supporting other staff when needed i.e., signing staff in, manning of gates
- Ticket taking, Gate/ Door access
- Help people find their seats
- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Patience and good listening skills
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills (incl. friendly attitude, good demeanor behaviour)
- Flexible hours
**Security Worker License is not required for this role to get on board **
**Candidate looking forward to get the security workers license would be considered as an asset. **
